Invention - a magician?

Sometimes I think about what brings today's time. Our development is very fast and we all "must" keep up, otherwise we can not be included in society. This is particularly the sorts of innovative inventions which are suppose to ease our everyday life. But are they really? Maybe it initially seems well, but over time we find out that we very quickly these innovative things destroy, break, and so on. And of course correction or fixing of such things is usually complicated and more expensive than a new product. Some manufacturers will convince you that their products are like magicians. But I know many people who return to the original quality product, if possible, because they are more reliable. For example, new mobile phones. Have you ever seen one, that has build in headlights (projectors) in some settings and then, when lifting it through, the headlamps will light up keyboard on one side and on the other side it lights up the screen? So actually your phone can also serve as a personal computer. And what do you thing, how long this will last about? Many products are design products, modern but very carious and its function does not meet 100 percent. Nothing and no one is really a magician. Maybe just such a showman, who makes a variety of tricks with cards and disappearances and so on. 

Weapons are men’s hobby

I have a boyfriend who loves guns. He often goes with his friends to the shooting range where he is able to spend the whole day. It suits me quite, as from time to time we both need time apart. When he goes shooting, I go shopping or out with my friends for a cup of coffee. For some time now I was looking for a army store in Bratislava, which would also sell ammunition and other accessories. It is extremely difficult to choose a gift for my boyfriend for his birthday or Christmas and since he likes guns, I decided that each year he gets for some celebrations something related to that. While this will not be a big surprise, but at least he gets something he likes and what he enjoys. Currently he is using air rifles, his "toys" - as he calls it. I know he longed to have a new air rifle. His birthday is coming up and so I again started my search for shops with weapons. I am still, forgetting that there are online stores, which of course is for me, a woman, much easier and faster. So I wrote in search engine window keywords army shop. It was really very simple. I found a few stores, but I looked at right first one. Army shop called AFG has everything I was looking for. I looked through their website for about two hours and I started to be more interested in guns. I do not think I will start going with my boyfriend to go to the shooting range, but I'm glad that I can read about the weapons and I can learn and understand a little bit more about my boyfriend’s joy. 

Party and magic show

One of the most common tricks that can be seen during the magic show is a "pruning" assistant in a half. It is a very impressive trick and surely you have contemplated over whether it is safe for the assistant and can not be some accidents. There is a well known Slovak magician Peter Sestak, who revealed that while performing this trick in the past endanger although his assistant, but hurt himself. At the premiere of his assistants sharp pruning trick sheets, he managed to cut the hand unlucky. However, the magician can not in this case panic and run away from the podium. If injury is not really serious and life-threatening, it does not remain anything other than improvise and continue their performances. Peter successfully completed the trick without the audience noticed any problems, even his blood on the sheets they considered artificial.

Magic and tricks impress each child who will watch with bated breath for incredible tricks.

Smoking cigarettes and cigars or smoking tobacco dates from the discovery of America. Cigarettes accounted symbol of charm and masculinity. When ladies smoked cigarettes it was seen as romantic and posh.  Later they discovered that cigarettes are addictive and with prolonged and frequent use they can be hazardous to the body. There are also flavors like cappuccino, tobacco, menthol and more. E-cigarettes are affordable, they do not smell and you will not find ashes after them. In some countries people have been banned from smoking cigarettes in public places like work place, bus stops, stations… etc. Electronic cigarettes are less harmful for non smokers too, but smokers should not smoke them in public either. 

Peter Šesták’s magic show

I have watched many magic shows over the past few years, since I started to work as a teacher in one private school. I have always thought of magician as someone, who makes shows for children. You know the guy with the balloons and little tricks that every adult person can actually figure out how exactly it works, sometimes dresses up as a clown and so on. So when we got to school some Christmas ticket to a magic show for all teachers, I could not believe my eyes. At first I refuse to go there.  However one of my colleagues talked me into going. Well, the theater, where the magic show was to be shown, was not far from my home, so I have decided to go and if I will not like it, I will simply go home. I had nothing to lose. I watched the whole show. Let me tell you, it was amazing. The magician Peter Šesták was doing all sorts of tricks with his assistant. It was all about disappearance and unexpected appearance of different things, fire effects, table flying above audience heads, or assistant float on top of a sharp sword. Every trick was perfectly professional and each same good on a high-level. I believe magician Peter Šesták completely changed my mind about warlocks forever. I would recommend this show to anyone. 

Wine shop Monvin

Finally the summer has arrived. Although we did not have spring this year, as only last month we had twenty centimeters of snow, now we have sun and plus twenty five Celsius  and summer. I love wine. I enjoy a glass of good wine at home, out in a bar or in wine shop with friends. Winter was this year very long and could not wait for warm weather when I could finally go to my favorite wine bar Bratislava, and sit outside on a terrace drinking great wine and chatting about the day we had at work.  Except for vacation and weekend getaways outside of the city, after work afternoons or evenings in wine shop are my favorite activities. My dream is to buy a house one day with vineyard and a huge wine cellar. I imagine it something like in a French movies. Now I live in the city in Bratislava so the only way I can enjoy a glass of great wine and have a little bit of that French feeling is to go to wine shop and bar. Vinotéka Monvin is located near the Blue Church in old town center. Monvin has the best wines from all around the world. It is definitely one of the places all the wine enthusiasts should visit.
